All shipping timelines and costs are subject to the nature of the products, supplier’s location, and chosen logistics partner.

Orders are processed only after confirmation of payment or agreed credit terms (if applicable).

 

2. Shipping Coverage

Domestic Shipping (UAE): We deliver across all Emirates.

International Shipping: Available based on supplier’s capability and buyer’s requirements. Buyers are responsible for compliance with import/export laws in their respective countries.

 

3. Shipping Methods (SUBSCRIPTION)

Suppliers on Salina Shop may use:

·        Standard Delivery Services (local couriers and transporters within the UAE).

·        Freight Forwarding / Cargo Services (for bulk and palletized shipments).

·        Express Shipping (for urgent or small-volume B2B orders).

 

The exact shipping method will be agreed upon between the buyer and supplier before order confirmation.

 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, delivery location, and shipping method.

Buyers are responsible for paying shipping charges unless otherwise agreed with the supplier.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees are borne by the buyer.

 

5. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Processing Time: 1–5 business days after payment confirmation, depending on product availability.

Domestic Delivery (UAE): 2–7 business days.

International Delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.

6. Risk & Liability

Risk of loss and title passes to the buyer once goods are handed over to the shipping carrier.

Salina Shop is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party logistics providers.

Buyers must inspect shipments upon delivery and report discrepancies or damages within 48 hours.

 

7. Tracking & Communication

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Buyers can communicate directly with suppliers through the Salina Shop platform for shipping updates.

 

8. Restrictions & Compliance

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions under UAE law or international trade regulations.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations in their country.
